Our aim as the B&NES Dementia Action Alliance (DAA) is to be able to help organisations within B&NES become more dementia friendly, and to make their names available to people living with dementia and their carers.
We are asking all organisations to become members of DAA and to make 3 pledges. These could include educating their staff about dementia using our free dementia friends sessions, or making small changes to their premises or processes.
If you would like us to visit you and advise on actions you could take to become more dementia friendly, please get in touch; or simply apply for membership, which is quick and easy, and free of charge.
