We have created a booklet, available on the website below, to make it easy for people living with dementia and their carers to access help and support. The information is correct at the time of publishing, but if you provide a service or activity that is not included please get in touch and we can add it to the next edition. Entry in the booklet is not an endorsement and users will need to decide if the service is correct for them.
We want to thank all our fabulous volunteers who have given their time to visit or contact each service and collect the information that makes the booklet possible. A special thank you goes to Susan Shah, who helped create the idea, and to St John’s Art Group, in particular the artist, Angela Workman, whose drawing appears on the front of the booklet.
If you would like a hard copy of the booklet please get in touch.
